Quick start

Understand the platform and set up your first app in minutes.

Welcome to Parle. Before exploring the features, take a moment to understand how the platform is organized.

The central console and your apps

Parle has two distinct levels.

The central console, available at apps.parle.work , is where you manage your account, applications, related accounts, storage, billing, and security. This is also where you create applications, configure their domains, and open them.

An application is a workspace. One account can have several independent applications, each with its own modules, domain, and settings. For example, you could have one application for your main business and another for a separate project.

Create your first application

If you just created your account, your application list will be empty and you will be prompted to create one. If an ambassador created your account, an application may already be configured for you. In that case, you can skip this step.

To create an application, you will need:

  • A name for the application
  • A subdomain, such as mybusiness for mybusiness.parle.work
  • A logo and primary colour, which are optional but useful for personalizing your space
  • The application’s primary language

We recommend starting with a parle.work subdomain. You can connect your own domain name later, after you have explored the modules and are ready to configure your domain.

Access your application

Once created, the application appears in your list in the central console. You can access it in two ways:

Use the access button in the console. This is the easiest option: you are signed in automatically and taken directly to the application dashboard.

Enter its URL directly, such as https://yoursubdomain.parle.work. You will need to sign in with the same email address and password you use for the central console.

Billing, access and security

In the central console, Billing lets you manage your payment information and view your invoices. Storage shows the space used across all your applications.

Related accounts shows whether an ambassador can access your account to assist you. You remain in control of this access. Security lets you add a passkey for easier, more secure sign-in. See Access and security for details.

Once inside your application, explore it and activate the modules you need. Your first week guides you through the initial setup.
